This Research Use Only Disclaimer applies to the VIP New Life online store located at www.vipnewlife.com, operated by VIP New Life, a division of Victory Innovation Performance, located in Antioch, California 94531.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold through the VIP New Life online store are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are designated Research Use Only or RUO.

7. Purchaser Eligibility

8. Customer and Researcher Responsibilities

By accessing the VIP New Life online store, placing an order, or purchasing a Research Use Only product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  2. The products are not intended for human consumption or administration;
  3. The products are not drugs, medicines, prescription products, or medical treatments;
  4. The products are not approved or cleared by the FDA for any therapeutic, diagnostic, medical, or human-use purpose;
  5. The products may not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition;
  6. The customer is at least 21 years of age;
  7. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and requirements; and
  8. The customer will not use, transfer, resell, or distribute the products for any prohibited or unlawful purpose.

VIP New Life may require the customer to confirm these acknowledgments through a separate checkout disclosure or required checkbox. Failure to provide the required acknowledgment may prevent an order from being placed or processed.

10. Coordination with Other Policies

This Disclaimer supplements and forms part of the VIP New Life Terms & Conditions. If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions concerning the Research Use Only status or prohibited uses of products, the provision providing greater protection against prohibited use will apply to the extent permitted by law.
